浅埋综采工作面矿压显现的推进速度效应分析 被引量:26

摘要 为给综采工作面支架工作阻力计算和岩层控制提供依据,基于神东某矿综采工作面地质及开采技术条件,采用FLAC3D和3DEC数值模拟,研究了不同推进速度(时步100,500,1 000)的矿压显现规律。研究表明:不同推进速度工作面超前支承压力、煤壁水平位移、顶板断裂位置均存在明显差异,随着综采工作面推进速度的加大,工作面超前支承压力峰值距离、影响范围呈减小趋势,峰值大小及集中系数、煤壁水平位移量呈现减小趋势,工作面覆岩断裂位置位于采空区后方并远离采空区。通过现场观测,支架工作阻力随着工作面推进速度的增加而减小。 In order to provide the basis for the mining support work resistance calculation and strata control of the fully mechanized longwall coal mining face,based on the geological and mining technology conditions of the fully mechanized longwall coal mining face in a mine of Shendong Mining Area,the FLAC3D and 3DEC numerical simulations were applied to study the mine pressure behavior laws at the different mining velocity(time-step 100,500 and 1 000).The study showed that there would be obvious differences in the advanced support pressure,coal wall displacement and roof broken position of the different mining velocity coal mining face.With the mining velocity increased of the coal mining face,the advanced support pressure peak distance and influence scope of the coal mining face would have a tendency to be reduced.The peak size and concentrated coefficient and the horizontal displacement value of the coal wall would have a tendency to be reduced.The broken location of the overburden strata above the coal mining face would be located at the real part of the goaf and far from the goaf.With the field monitoring,the work resistance of the miningt would be reduced with the coal mining face mining velocity increased.
