摘要
根据义安矿业有限公司岩石底板巷水力冲孔技术应用的开采技术条件、钻孔布置和施工工艺,考察分析了瓦斯抽放和消突效果。结果表明,水力冲孔可以有效地冲出大量粉煤,平均每孔的冲煤体积为3.45 m3;可以大幅增加煤层的透气性,提高瓦斯抽放效果,平均瓦斯抽放体积分数由冲孔前的4.18%增加到了冲孔后的47.33%,增加了11.3倍;瓦斯含量下降到了3.6 m3/t,消除了煤层瓦斯突出的危险性。
According to the mining technical conditions,the borehole layout and the construction technique with the hydraulic borehole jetting technology for the gateway driving along the rock floor in Yi'an Mine,the gas drainage and outburst control results were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the hydraulic borehole jetting could be effectively to flush great fine coal and the average coal flushing volume in each borehole could be 3.45 m3.The permeability of the seam could be highly improved and the gas drainage results could be improved.The average gas drainage volume friction could be increased from 4.18% to 47.33% and could be increased by 11.3 times.The gas content would be decreased to 3.6 m3/t of coal and thus the danger of the seam gas outburst could be eliminated.
