摘要
为解决传统矿物油型液压油的易燃问题,调配出矿用水-乙二醇难燃液压液YNC-46。为考察YNC-46难燃液的使用性能及对液压元件的适应性,选用液压锚杆钻机的齿轮泵站进行台架试验,并与矿用46号抗磨液压油、冶金行业用46号水-乙二醇难燃液进行了对比。台架试验结果表明:YNC-46难燃液具有优良的黏温性能,黏度指数达到210,可保证设备在不同温度下正常运行;YNC-46四球常磨值为921 N,与矿用46号抗磨液压油相当,具有良好的润滑性,可降低齿轮磨损情况;YNC-46难燃液导热性好,其为水基体系具有很好的比热容,体系运转时平衡温度低于46号抗磨液压油,可延长设备使用寿命。此外,试验证明YNC-46难燃液稳定性好,抗剪切性能优越,与液压设备的密封材料适应性良好。
In order to solve the easy combustion problem of the traditional mineral oil type hydraulic liquid,a mine water-ethylene glycol difficult combusted hydraulic liquid YNC-46 was developed.In order to investigate the application performances of the YNC-46 difficult combusted liquid and the adaptability of the hydraulic components,the gear pump station of the hydraulic bolt driller was applied to the rig test.A comparison test was conducted between the mine No.46 antifriction hydraulic oil and the metallurgical No.46 type water-ethylene glycol difficult combusted liquid.The results of the test rig showed that the YNC-46 difficult combusted liquid could have the excellent viscosity temperature performances.The viscosity index could reach to 210 and could ensure the normal operation at different temperatures.The four ball normal grounding value of the YNC-46 difficult combusted liquid would be 921 N and could be similar the mine No.46 antifriction hydraulic oil,have an excellent lubrication and reduce the wear of the gear.The YNC-46 difficult combusted liquid could have a good thermal conductivity and could be a water based system with a good specific heat volume.During the system operation period,the balanced temperature would be lower than the No.46 antifriction hydraulic oil and could extend the service life of the equipment.In addition,the test showed that YNC-46 difficult combusted liquid could have a good stability,excellent anti-shearing performances and could have a good adaptability to the sealing material of the hydraulic equipment.
