摘要 为探讨适应我国粗煤泥分选的有效设备,根据当前所应用的新型水介质旋流器、螺旋分选机、干扰床分选机3种粗煤泥分选设备的特点,对其处理能力、入料粒度范围、煤质特性要求、分选密度及处理效果进行了对比分析研究。结果表明:新型水介质旋流器处理量小,分选效果较差,设备难以大型化,仅适用于易选或中等可选煤的加工;螺旋分选机对入料要求较高,处理量有限,同时分选密度高,当精煤灰分要求低时难以满足要求;干扰床分选机单位面积处理能力大,对入料煤质的变化适应性强,分选效率高,有效分选密度范围宽,具有较好的发展前景,但是其分选过程中的自动检测和稳定控制系统有待完善和改进。 In order to discuss the effective equipment suitable for the coarse slime separation in China,according to the features of the coarse slime separation equipments as the new water medium cyclone,screw separator and disturbance bed separator applied at present,a comparison analysis and study was conducted on the processing capacity,feeding particle size,coal quality features required,separation density and processing results.The results showed the processing capacity of the new water medium cyclone was small,the separation effect was poor,the equipment was hard to be in large scale and the equipment would be only suitable for easy or medium washable coal to be processed.The screw separator would have a high requirement of the feeding material,the processing capacity of the screw separator would be limited,the separation density was high and the screw separator could not meet the low ash content of the clean coal required.The disturbance bed separator would have a high processing capacity of the unit area,have a high variation flexibility of the feeding coal quality,have a high separation rate,have a wide effective separation density range and have a good development outlook.But in the separation procedure,the automatic inspection and stable control system of the disturbance bed separator should be perfected and improved.
