气相吸附用煤基块状活性炭材料试验研究

摘要 为制备可以净化空气且具有装饰性的块状活性炭,采用低成本,来源广泛的优质煤材料作为吸附基体,以沥青为黏结剂,碳酸钠和氢氧化钾为活化剂,通过添加质量分数20%的陶瓷粉料,经过粉碎、碾磨混合成型、化学活化及隔氧炭化制备出不同配料的块状活性炭试样,对其不同的试验样品进行了强度和吸附性能测试。结果表明:样品编号为c-25的活性炭经成型后,其达到了较佳的吸附率和理想的强度,BET比表面积达到496.35 m2/g,总孔容为0.260 8 mL/g,抗压强度为7 MPa,洛氏硬度为1.1。 In order to prepare the decoration lump activated carbon for the air purification,an excellent quality coal material with a low cost and a wide resources was applied as the adsorption basic mass,the asphalt was applied as the binder and the sodium carbonate and potassium hydroxide were applied as the activator.With the mass fraction 20% ceramic powder added,the lump activated carbon samples with different ratio material were prepared after the rushing,grounding,mixing,forming,chemical activation and oxygen isolated carbonization.A strength and adsorption performance test was conducted on the different samples.The results showed that after the forming and carbonization techniques,the sample with the sample No.c-25 had reached the optimized adsorption rate and rational strength and could have a BET specific surface area of 496.35 m2/g,a total pore volume of 0.260 8 mL/g,a compressive strength of 7 MPa and the Rockwell hardness of 1.1.
