摘要
为了对上海珍禽场送检的2只疑似新城疫病毒(NDV)感染的孔雀进行确诊,本研究对其进行了细菌分离和NDV荧光RT-PCR检测以及NDVF基因的序列分析,结果发现内脏病料样品的NDV荧光RT-PCR检测为阳性;通过DNAStar序列分析,F基因与其它参考株核苷酸同源性为81.1%~96.8%,与EF592508黑龙江毒株的同源性高达96.8%,基因系统进化树分析表明,该病毒株与黑龙江毒株的关系较近,均为强毒株。
A case of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) infection was diagnosed in dead peacocks in Shanghai by fluorescence RT-PCR detection.The F gene of DNV was amplified by PCR,sequenced and analysed using DNAStar software.The results showed that the F gene shared 81.1 % nuceotide homology with Losota strain and 96.8 % homology with Heilongjiang strain.The phylogenetic tree of F gene indicated that the NDV strain from Shanghai region was a virulent strain similar to the Helongjiang strain.
