摘要
以分工理论为基础探讨虚拟型学习团队中的知识累进效应是一种有益探索。分工导致的迂回经济使得生产效率提高和促进经济内生增长,然而迂回经济中由专业化所带来的知识积累引起更高的团队协调要求,虚拟型学习团队把若干分散化知识生产的个人紧密聚集在一起,在团队内部对个人的知识生产进行管理,其整体的效率大于其通过市场交易分散化的效率。
This paper discusses knowledge accumulation in virtual learning team based on the theory of labor-division. Roundabout economy caused by labor-division raises production efficiency and promotes endogenous economic growth,however knowledge accumulation caused by specialization in roundabout economy calls for good team coordination skill,virtual learning team assembles scattered individuals that provides new knowledge and manage it,then its Overall efficiency is greater than that produced by decentralized market transactions.
