A Comparative Study of the Students' Unions at Hong Kong and Mainland Universities——A Case Study of the Students'Unions of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Sun Yatsen University

社会环境的变化及高等教育的改革给高校学生会现有的管理运行模式带来了巨大的冲击和挑战。本文将以香港中文大学学生会、中山大学学生会为例,通过比较分析香港内地高校学生会的异同,借鉴香港高校学生会的成功经验,为促进内地高校学生会发展提出了完善运行体制、改革管理模式、加强队伍建设的建议。

The changes of social environment and reforms of higher education have brought huge shocks and challenges to the current operation and management patterns of students＇ unions in universities. This article will make a case study of students＇ unions of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Sun Yat-sen University. It will analyze the differences between the students unions at Hong Kong and mainland universities, and learn from the successful experiences of the students＇ unions at Hong Kong universities. And then it will give proposals about how to perfect operation systems, reform management patterns of students＇ union, and strengthen the buildup of teams, so as to promote the development of the students＇ unions at mainland universities.
