摘要
纵观1990年以来西方学校规模的实证研究,学校规模对学生课程选择、学业成绩、学生参与、教育公平、教师更替和教师态度都有着深刻的影响,规模较小的学校更有利于这些方面的发展。反观我国学校改革的现状,认为要适当缩小学校规模以促进教育公平和教师发展,以融洽师生关系并提高教学质量。
Examined post-1990 empirical studies of school size in the West throughout, we found that school size has a profound impact on student course-taking pattern, student academic performance, student participation, equitable distribution of learning, teacher turnover and teacher attitudes, And the evidence favors smaller schools. According to our country's school reform situation, we should appropriately reduced school size to promote equity in education and teacher development, to harmonize relations between teachers and students, to improve teaching quality.
