环境正义:在人与自然之间展开

Environmental Justice:Between Man and Nature

目前的环境正义属于在人与人之间展开的社会正义,自然环境被排斥在正义关怀之外。为了使自然环境成为正义安排的对象,须建构一种在人与自然之间展开的环境正义。人与自然之间的环境正义既以人的道德自觉为基础,又从某种意义上内在契合着正义的相互性原则,它包括两方面内容:一是承认人与自然之间拥有平等地位的正义,从而确认人对自然的尊重;二是人与自然之间权利义务公正交换的正义,以担保人类改造自然界实践活动的道德合理性。

At present, environmental justice falls within the social justice in human society and natural environment excludes justice care. In order to make natural environment the object of justice arrangement, we should build up environmental justice between man and nature. Environmental justice between man and nature is not only based on man＇ s moral consciousness, but also agrees with the principle of justice in a sense. Environmental justice comprises two aspects： firstly, it admits the equal status of justice between man and nature, which confirms man respects nature; secondly, the justice of exchanging rights and duties between man and nature so as to guarantee the ethic justice of man＇ s activities of modification of the natural world.
