摘要
目的了解2型糖尿病患者的生存质量,并探讨其影响因素。方法应用《SF-36量表》对2型糖尿病患者162例、健康人群140例进行生存质量对照评价,并进一步探讨影响其生存质量的可能危险因素。结果提示糖尿病患者的生存质量明显下降,其主要影响因素包括年龄、性别、文化程度、肥胖、合理膳食以及并发症。结论影响糖尿病患者的生存质量的因素是多方面的,需采取综合措施提高糖尿病患者的生存质量。
Objective To analyze the quality of life （QOL） of explore mellitus （DM） patients and to discuss its determinants.Methods One hundred and sixty-two cases of the type 2 diabetes and 140 controls were investigated for QOL with the Short Form 36（SF36）Measuring Scale.The risk factors related to QOL were analyzed with the collected data.Results The mean score of multi-dimensional assessment decreased significantly in patients with diabetes mellitus.The results of correlation analysis demonstrated that age,sex,education degree,obesity,rational diet and complication were main related factors.Conclusion The influential factors of QOL of patients with diabetes mellitus are multi-dimensional,and comprehensive measures should be adopted to enhance the QOL of the population.
