摘要
目的筛选出顶空进样分析生活饮用水中四种典型卤代烃的最佳实验条件,确保实验数据的可靠性。方法通过气液平衡,取一定量顶空气体利用电子捕获检测器(ECD)测定。结果 4种组分的保留时间稳定,峰形对称,4组分完全基线分离,加标回收率为91.6%~117.6%。以优化后实验参数对4种组分进行检测,结果满意。结论本实验对顶空进样分析水体中卤代烃的有关优化研究参数可以作为实际检测分析的参考,样品检测结果的平行性和重复性较好,适用于实验室常规分析生活饮用水中卤代烃检测。
Objective To explore the optimal conditions of four halohydrocarbon compounds determination in drinking water,and to ensure the reliability of testing results.Methods The balance of air-liquid condition should be reached first,then the gas of head-space was taken out for testing with electron capture detector(ECD).Results The retention time of four halohydrocarbon components was stable,and their peak profiles were also symmetric.The baselines of four halohydrocarbon compounds separated well and the recovery rates of these compounds were ranged from 91.6 to 117.6 percent.The optimal conditions improved the repeatability and consistency of four halohydrocarbon compounds determination.Conclusion The optimal conditions should be used for determination of halohydrocarbon compounds in drinking water.
