动物源性食品中性激素残留检测方法研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 动物源性食品中性激素残留问题已成为人们关注的焦点,据报道食用含有性激素残留的动物源性食品可能导致男性女性化、影响生殖健康或有致癌作用等。欧盟已于1988年禁止六种激素用于食源性动物,但残留问题依然存在,且含量较低,因此开发具有灵敏度高、检出限低的性激素残留确证分析技术,对保证食品安全具有重要意义。本文总结了国内外对动物源食品中性激素残留的规定以及各类动物源食品(可食部分)中性激素残留情况,重点介绍了目前国内外对动物源食品中性激素的残留检测方法研究进展,包括样品提取和各种净化方法 ,并对前景进行了展望。
