摘要
简要介绍了事故树分析方法的原理,并针对石油储罐爆炸事故,建立了用于定性分析的事故树,详细绘制了明火、静电火花、雷击火花事故的分支树,求出了事故树的最小径集。应用布尔代数和相应公式,计算了导致爆炸事故发生的各基本事件的结构重要度,给出了它们的排序,从而对火灾爆炸事故的原因进行了全面分析,并提出了相应的对策措施防止事故发生。
For the explosion of oil storage tank,the principle of Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)was introduced briefly.The fault tree was established for the qualitative analysis with the detailed mapping of the fire,static electricity sparks and lightning spark as a branch of the fault tree.The minimal path sets of the fault tree was obtained.Applying Boolean algebra and corresponding formula,the structure importance coefficient of each basic event leading to the explosion was calculated and the order of the structure importance of each basic event is arranged.Thus the cause of fire explosion is explored comprehensively,and the corresponding measures and requests are put forward to prevent the explosion.
