摘要
通过分析80C196MC单片机波形发生器产生PWM脉冲及死区延时的工作机理,提出一种适用于调压式EDM脉冲电源的,基于单片机死区时间调制实现DC/DC变换器PWM控制的新方法。该方法具有占空比调整范围宽,分辨率高,程序设计简便,节省运行时间等特点,完全满足电火花加工的要求。脉冲电源样机的实验结果证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。
Based on the analysis on the working mechanism of producing PWM outputs and dead-time by 80C196MC singlechip＇s waveform generator,a new PWM method based on dead-time regulation is presented to control the DC /DC converter of voltage-adjusting pulse supply for EDM.With high resolution,large duty-cycle regulating range,simple programe and saving runtime,this method can satisfy the requirements of EDM.The correctness and feasibility of this method was testified by experiments on prototype of pulse supply.
