摘要
针对目前一体式膜生物反应器在应用过程中存在能耗高、氧利用率低以及膜污染严重、通量下降等一系列问题,利用无泡曝气膜生物反应器的优点和反冲洗原理,对一体式膜生物反应器进行了改进,设计了一种新型反应器,并对这种反应器的优点进行了详细的分析说明。分析发现该反应器不但具有无泡曝气膜生物反应器的全部优点:氧利用率高、能耗低、出水好;同时在运行中具有低的膜阻力、保持高的膜通量,在延缓、防治膜污染方面具有独特的优势。
Membrane bioreactor process is currently submerged in the application of the existence of high energy consumption,oxygen and a low utilization rate of serious membrane fouling,flux decline in a series of problems,on that basis,combined the advantages of non-bubble aeration membrane bioreactor and the principle of backwashing the submerged membrane bioreactor has been improved,a novel reaction browser,and the advantages of this reactor have been carefully analyzed.Analysis concluded that the reactor not only with all the advantages of bubbleless aeration membrane bioreactor:a high oxygen utilization rate,low energy consumption,water well.At the same time,the operation of the membrane with a low resistance is maintained a high flux membrane,mitigation and prevention of membrane fouling has unique advantages.
