水平井侧钻过程中钻柱振动规律的研究 被引量:1

摘要 当前在水平井的侧钻过程中,钻柱处于复杂的运动状态,钻柱的强烈振动是引发钻柱失效的主要原因,钻柱的振动形式一般可以分为钻柱的轴向振动、侧向振动和扭转振动,还可能存在各种振动的耦合,通常近井底钻柱振动较为强烈。以洼38区块洼38-东H2水平井为例,分析了钻井工程中侧钻水平段情况下的钻柱的振动,建立了各种振动的模型,获得了各种振动的规律。该分析为水平井钻井工程避免钻柱共振提供了可靠的理论依据。 During the engineering of horizontal well,drill string is in the complicated state,strong vibration is the main reason that induces drill string failure.Drill string vibrations usually have axial vibration,lateral vibration,torsional vibration and coupled vibration,the drill string near the bottom of well usually vibrate strongly.As an example to Wa38-east H2,the variety of vibration is analyzed by using ANSYS,the model of vibration is established,the rules of vibration are obtained.The analysis can provide reliable theory basis in order to avoiding resonance of drill string.
