摘要
运用商用软件ABAQUS建立了铸钢钢丸冲击结构钢靶材的三维有限元模型。采用显示算法(ABAQUS/EXPLICIT)研究了不同喷丸工艺参数下喷丸残余应力场的分布特点。重点研究了喷射速度、弹丸尺寸、入射角、覆盖率和靶材屈服强度对喷丸残余应力的影响规律,进而得出最优喷丸工艺参数,为实际应用提供了理论基础。最后讨论了摩擦力对残余应力场的影响:垂直入射时,摩擦力使最大残余压应力偏大;倾斜入射时,摩擦力使最大残余压应力偏小。
In the present study,a three-dimensional FE model of shot peening process was developed using commercial software ABAQUS.An extensive finite element analysis based on ABAQUS/EXPLICIT was performed to relate shot peening parameters to the induced residual stress.Emphasis is placed on understanding the effect of the impact velocity,shot size,impact angle,percentage of coverage and yield stress of the target material on the induced residual stress.At last,the effect of friction between the shot and the target is discussed,the results show that when the impact angle is 90°,friction force induced the maximum residual stress larger,while an opposite result was observed when the impact angle was less than 90°.
