摘要
基于有限元分析软件对用于薄钢板材等运输包装的木托架在吊运工况下的挠度特性进行分析。通过相应的理论分析,确定木材为正交异性的材料,建立了木托架吊运工况下的有限元模型,并确定了不同木托架在吊运过程中的挠度特性。在吊运工况下同等尺寸外伸梁木托架比田字型木托架挠度变化小,结构更稳定;增加横梁的数量可以增加木托架的结构稳定性。研究结果可对木托架的设计和生产应用提供理论依据。
Deflection characteristics of wooden pallet for steel plates packaging was carried out in the lifting condition by finite element simulation.Based on theoretic analysis,wood was determined as orthotropic materials;the mechanical models of wooden pallet in the lifting condition were established,meanwhile deflection characteristics of different wooden pallets was identified in the lifting condition.In the lifting condition,structure of the '田' wooden pallet is more stable and less change of deflection than pallet with overhanging beam at the same size.And the stability of the wooden pallet could be improved by increasing the number of beams.The research results provide theoretical basis for wooden pallet design and production.
