摘要
目的改善病案复印功能,满足患者复印病案的需求。方法通过对2009年7-12月复印工作量分析,提出改进的措施。结果通过强化管理和优化工作流程等技术措施,工作效率明显提高。结论把病案复印工作与病案管理发展结合起来,推动了此项工作更好地开展。
Objective To improve the management in medical records copying and meet patients＇ demand.Methods Analysis was done on the quality of copying work from Jul.to Dec.2009 and improvement measures were put forward.Results Through intensifying management and optimizing work flow,work efficiency was significantly improved.Conclusion Medical records copying should be integrated with the development of medical records management,which can promote the implementation of medical records copying.
