病案作为重要的医疗和法律文书,越来越受到医院、患者以及其它相关职能部门的高度重视。本文紧紧抓住病案形成和管理两个重要环节,就如何提高病案质量、防范医疗纠纷阐述观点,达到共识。
Medical records,as important medical and legal instruments,have been increasingly attached great importance by hospitals,patients and other relevant functional departments.This article focuses on formation and management of medical records,explaining how to improve medical records quality and prevent medical disputes with achievement of a consensus.
