中药离子导入外敷治疗120例膝关节骨性关节炎经验介绍

Experience on Treatment of 120 Knee Osteoarthrosis with External Application of Iontophoresis of Chinese Medicine

膝关节骨性关节病是一种严重危害中老年人身心健康的退行性骨关节病。它不至于威胁生命、但可造成关节功能活动障碍。目前尚无特异性有效西药,本研究在使用抗炎、镇痛、皮质激素和软骨营养药,辅以理疗的基础上,采用中药导入、中药外敷联合治疗本病120例,可以消除渗出、肿胀,恢复改善关节功能,解除疼痛,临床效果较好,疗效满意。

Knee osteoarthrosis is a degenerative osteoarthrosis seriously threatening the physical and mental health of elderly.It doesn＇t threaten life,but can result in joint activity disturbance.There is no specific western medicine.120 patients with knee osteoarthrosis were treated with external application of iontophoresis of Chinese medicine in addition to anti-inflammatory,analgesic,cortical hormone and cartilage nutrition drugs and physical therapy.This treatment could eliminate effusion and swelling,improve joint function and relieve pain with better clinical efficacy and satisfying outcomes.
