综合医院平均住院日影响因素的逐步回归分析

Analysis by stepwise regression on influencing factors of average length of stay in a general hospital

目的揭示平均住院日的影响因素,为提高医疗效率提供参考。方法收集2009年某综合医院的全部出院病人的病案资料29,315例,采用单因素分析和多元回归的方法对住院日的可能影响因素进行分析。结果住院病人住院日的影响因素是:年龄、性别、确诊日数、伴随疾病、入院情况、现费付费方式、医保付费方式、术前住院日、疗效。结论严格贯彻执行医院的各种规章制度,尤其要重视改善手术室工作流程,加强单病种管理,有助于缩短平均住院日。

Objective To revelate influencing factors on average length of stay in hospital,and provide a reference to raise the medical efficiency.Methods 29315 examples were collected from all in-patients of a large-scale General hospital in 2009,with the single factor analysis and the multiple regression method.Results The influencing factors of Alos is the age,the sex,the diagnosis dates,follows disease,in hospital situation,the payment way,the hospitalization days before operating,and the medical effect.Conclusion Each kind of rules and regulations should be carried out strictly,the medical resources should be used fully.Especially the work flow of operating room should be improved.Manageing the single disease may improve the medical quality and the comprehensive strength of hospital.It is helpful to shorten the Alos in hospital,and speed up turnover of sickbeds,and alleviate the contradiction on ＂Difficulty getting medical service and high cost＂.
