总额预付制作为医保与医疗机构之间的结算制度,是新医改方案的重要倾向之一,目前被医保管理部门广泛采用。本文以某军队中小医院为例,阐述了军队医院主动参与驻地医保总额预付制改革,从而取得较好的社会、军事和经济效益。

As the settlement regulation between medical insurance and medical practice organization,total prepaid amount is one of the important tendencies of new medical reform,and it has been widely used by medical insurance management.Taking a small-middle military hospital as an example,the article expounded how the military hospitals participated forwardly in the reformation of total prepaid amount in medical insurance,therefore better social,military and economic benefit could be obtained.
