Third-class hospital and community health service centers were the important junctions of medical network,but they have different function.The article discussed the cooperative patterns between the third-class hospital and community health service center,as well as the breakthrough point of the cooperation such as personnel training,construction of shared information system,admission and share of clinical examination results,the referral transfer treatment,which could provide some experiences for the establishment of new-type city medical health service system.
