军队医院固定资产管理对策

Countermeasures of Fixed Assets Management

固定资产管理是医院经济管理的重要组成部分,在现有全成本核算模式下,科学有效地搞好固定资产管理,充分发挥其效能,对提高医院绩效十分重要。本文针对军队中小医院固定资产管理中存在的问题,试提出加强管理的方法及建议。

Fixed assets management is an important component of hospital economy management.Under the circumstance of total cost accounting model,it is how to implement scientific and effective management of fixed assets that has given full play to the hospital effectiveness.In this paper,the author put forward some methods and suggestions on strengthening the fixed assets management in small and medium-sized hospital.
