摘要
本文探讨了新形势下武警医学院附属医院机动卫勤力量开展岗位练兵活动主要做法;提出区分层次、人装结合、以演带练、量化评估的岗位练兵方法;总结机动卫勤力量建设中存在的不足;探讨卫勤力量建设的一般要求。
The author introduced the centralized training methods of military mobile health strength affiliated to hospitals of medical college of CPAF under new situation.The main methods included level division,man-equipment combination,training through military exercises and quantitative evaluation.The author also summarized the shortages and general requirements in the building of military mobile health strength.
