摘要
医院文化是中国特色社会主义文化建设中不可缺少的一部分。通过构建"三位一体"的文化建设实施框架,加强医院文化建设,保证医院上下的广泛参与性;同时,营造多元化的可持续发展体系,传承和发展医院文化,实现医院文化的与时俱进,成为医院发展坚实的基础。
Hospital culture is indispensable for cultural construction of Chinese socialism.The implementation framework has been set up of ＂trinity＂ in cultural construction,which will enhance the hospital culture construction and improve the participation of crew.Besides,a diverse and sustainable development system was built up to provide the foundation of hospital development.
