使用X线头影测量评估髁状突和下颌骨生长的分析方法

摘要 咬合前导是临床上常用的骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]的早期功能性治疗方法之一。但其能否有效地促进髁状突和下颌骨的骨性改建,近年来一直是研究热点。动物实验研究发现下颌的持续前伸可以引发髁状突软骨内各细胞层面积的变化,髁状突从软骨到骨的改建处于活跃状态。而相关的临床实验研究则认为在咬合前导的治疗中,髁状突增长改建不明显,或下颌骨仅在治疗初期有少量的增长。
