紧紧依靠科技进步,努力实现电力生产建设的两个根本性转变

Count on scientific and Technical Progress to Realize Two Fundamental Change of Electric Power Production and Construction

回顾了华东电力集团公司近几年来在加强科技工作的领导；加大科技投入的力度；抓住重点项目、协作攻关；大力推广科技成果以及科技成果对电网的作用（即形成了较强的输变电主网架、机组技术水平明显提高等）等方面的工作，并对华东电力集团公司今后科技工作的战略目标、科技工作的职责分工和管理办法、科技工作的投入以及科技人材的培养等方面工作作了具体的展望。最后指出，必须紧紧依靠科技进步，努力实现电力生产。

Reviewed several achievement of East China Electric Power Group Co.in recent years,which include(1) tightening up the leadership in scientific and technical works;(2) strengthening the scientific and technical investment;(3) tackling key items in coordination;(4) widespreading the scientific and technical achievement(i.e.framing the main powerful transmission network,obviously improving the units operating level)etc.Exactly prospected the strategic objective,duty division,regulatory methods,and investment of scientific and technical works,and the development of skilled personnel.Finally indicated that it must count on scientific and technical progress to realize two fundamental change in electric power production and construction.
