摘要
建立大功率开关电源损耗的数学模型,可以用来预测大负载运行时的损耗,并对大功率电源器件的选型和散热系统的设计具有指导意义。本文通过对高频开关电源各个元器件的功率损耗进行分析,研究各个功率模块损耗之间的耦合关系,在此基础上建立整机功率损耗的数学模型。最后设计一台15V/2000A电化学电源装置,通过实验分析,验证了损耗数学模型的准确性。
The establishment of high-power switching power losses of the mathematical model can be used to predict the loss when running large loads, and guide significantly on selection of elements and design of cooling system in the power supply. This paper will analyze the power loss of high-frequency switching power supply in various parts to research the coupling relationship of each power module loss, based on which a mathematical model of the whole power loss is established. Finally, a 15V/2000A electrochemical power supply machine is designed, and experiment is performed to verify the accuracy of mathematical models of the loss.
