小鼠口咽部甲型链球菌的微生态研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的初步探讨甲型链球菌在抑制口咽部异常菌定植和维护上呼吸微生态平衡的能力。方法氨苄青霉素破坏DBA/Ⅱ型小鼠口咽部菌群后灌胃针滴加α-34链球菌菌液于小鼠口咽部,用革兰氏染色和细菌培养的方式观察小鼠口咽部菌群的变化。结果氨苄青霉素能够破坏小鼠的口咽部正常菌群构成,新移植甲型链球后,小鼠的口咽部菌群恢复正常。结论甲型链球菌能阻止病原菌在黏膜上皮细胞定植,维护口咽部正常菌群微生态平衡。 Objective To try to discuss the alpha-haemolytic streptococci's effect about inhibiting abnormal colonizahion and protection upper respiratory microecologic.Methods Oropharyngeal flora of SPF DBA/Ⅱ mousse were destructed by Aminobenzylpenicillin,the propharyngeal flora changes were detected by Gram stain and bacterial cultivation.Results Aminobenzylpenicillin can destroy oropharyngeal flora of mousse,oropharyngeal flora of the mousse was recovered after transplanted AHS.Conclusion The AHS can prevent pathogens adhersion to epithelial cells and protect oropharyngeal normal flora.
