不同全麻药联合雷米芬太尼苏醒期躁动的比较 被引量:2

Differences of Restlessness during Emergence between Different General Anesthetics Combining with Remifentanil

摘要 目的观察不同全身麻醉药联合雷米芬太尼术后苏醒期躁动和术后镇痛药用量的差异。方法 90例患者被随机分为:丙泊酚+雷米芬太尼组(P组,n=30),异氟醚+雷米芬太尼组(I组,n=30)和七氟醚+雷米芬太尼组(S组,n=30)。麻醉维持采用丙泊酚/异氟醚/七氟醚复合雷米芬太尼,观察3组患者术后血压、心率、躁动评分(RS)和芬太尼用量的差异。结果 I组较P组或S组术后患者血压、心率、RS和芬太尼用量显著增加。P组与S组术后各项检查指标差异无统计学意义。结论丙泊酚或七氟醚较异氟醚更适合与雷米芬太尼联合用于麻醉维持。 Objective To observe the differences of restlessness during emergence and postoperative fentanyl requirement between different general anesthetics with remifentanil.Methods 90 patients were randomly assigned into 3 groups:propofol with remifentanil group(P group,n=30),isoflurane with remifentanil(I group,n=30),and sevoflurane with remifentanil(S group,n=30).Anesthesia was made to combine propofol/isoflurane/sevoflurane with remifentanil,then the differences of postoperative blood pressure,heart rate,Restlessness Score(RS),and fentanyl requirement were observed.Results Compared with P group or S group,blood pressure,heart rate,RS,and fentanyl requirement increased significantly in I group.There were no differences in all tested index between P group and S group.Conclusion Compared with isoflurane,propofol or sevoflurace was more preferable to be used to anesthesia combining with remifentanil.
