上海市社区全科师资现况及教学工作的研究

Research on Current Situation of Community General Medical Teachers and Their Teaching Work in Shanghai

目的通过研究目前社区全科教学工作的开展情况,为进一步推进社区全科教学工作提供实践依据。方法对全市30家社区全科教学基地的222名师资和40名全科学员进行问卷和座谈调研,并进行统计分析。结果目前社区全科教学体系初建,师资教学水平和业务素质有待提升,社区全科教学的有关制度要进一步完善。结论对社区全科教学师资要开展定期规范的培训,行业协会和教学基地要在制度上有倾斜,加大行业协会的教学指导,同时进行临床基地和社区基地的师资交流是提升社区全科教学水平的关键。

Objective To study the current situation of community general medical teaching work,and to provide practical basis for promoting the further development of community general medical teaching.Methods The questionnaire and interview method were taken in 222 teachers and 40 students from 30 community general education bases in Shanghai,and the collected data were then analyzed by statistical methods.Results Current community general education system is taken shape initially,the level of teaching and professional quality should be improved,the system related to community general medical teaching should be further development.Conclusion The community general medical teachers need more standard and regular general medical teaching training,the medical doctor association and teaching bases should tilt the policies toward the community general medical teachers,and increase the teaching guidance.The teachers exchange between the clinical bases and community bases is the key to enhance the general community teaching level.
