计算机专业设置生物信息学课程的建设与实践

Establishment and Practice of Setting up Bioinformatics Curriculum in Computer Specialty

针对目前国内生物信息学教学现状,借鉴其他学科成熟的教学模式,结合生物信息学的课程特点,探讨我校在计算机专业中开设生物信息学课程的几个问题,并提出基本教学思路和具体应用方法。

In view of bioinformatics teaching current situation at present in the homeland, this paper has drawn lessons from other mature discipline teaching pattern, and has combined course characteristic, has discussed our university several problems offering study of Bioinformatics Curriculum in special field in computer, and has brought forward the fundamental teaching thought and the method applying concretely.
