摘要
提出一种脉宽调压式功率管-LC高压直流电源的电路设计。由脉宽调制[PWM]电路输出方波脉冲驱动开关功率管-LC电路,使其产生高频功率振荡;通过调谐脉冲宽度控制输出高压;设计同步脉冲反馈电路,迫使驱动电路的脉冲频率与LC谐振同步,从而提高输出效率和脉宽调谐能力,实现大功率输出。
The thesis put forwards a design of electric circuits which can get high-power output of
high voltage DC. The circuits include pulse width modulation(PWM)circuit,synchronization
circuit,LC circuit and power switch transistors etc. The output of PWM pluses synchronized by
feedback signals drive the transistors and LC circuit to get power pluses output.
