摘要
讨论了与电压波动和闪变的定义有关的“电压均方根值变化曲线”和“电压调幅波”两个概念上的差异。在此基础上提出了一种校验电压波动闪变仪的方法。
This paper discusses the difference between the concepts of voltage RMS characteristic and voltage amplitude modulation waveform which are concerned in the definitions of voltage fluctuation and flicker respectively. On the basis of the discussion a calibration method for voltage fluctuation and flicker meter is put forward.
