小分子靶向药物与细胞毒化疗药物最佳联合应用方式的研究
摘要
近20余年来分子靶向药物治疗成为临床肿瘤学最热门的研究课题之一，逐渐成为继手术、放疗、化疔、内分泌治疗之后的一门重要学科。表皮生长因子受体（epidermal growth factor receptor，EGFR）在调控细胞增生、抑制凋亡、血管生成和转移扩散等方面具有重要的作用，是分子靶向药物治疗的重要靶点。配体与受体结合后，
