林业从业人员就业质量的实证分析

The Empirical Analysis on Employment Quality of Forestry Practitioners Laborers

提出林业就业质量概念,借鉴国际劳工组织就业质量和体面劳动评价指标体系,设计林业就业质量调查问卷,对林业就业质量进行分析和评价。调查结果显示在收入水平、劳动时间长短、劳动保护、劳动合同、社会地位和教育培训等方面整体质量较高,但是在社会保障、职业生涯规划等方面尚存在诸多不足之处,仍有较大的提高幅度。

Presents the concept of forestry employment quality , reference the evaluation index system of ILO employment quality and decent labor, design the forestry employment quality questionnaire to analyze and evaluate the forestry employment quality. The results from the survey show that the overall quality of forestry employment is OK in those areas such as income level, labor duration labor protection, labor contract, social status and education training. But there are many inadequacies in social security, career planning aspects, and still need greater improvement amplitude.
