摘要
目的:探讨外伤性急性弥漫性脑肿胀的诊断与治疗。方法:回顾性分析颅脑创伤后脑肿胀患者52例的临床资料。结果:52例中完全恢复16例,生活基本自理者11例,重残6例,植物生存3例,死亡16例。入院格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)计分3～5分(瞳孔均散大)27例,预后良好9例,预后不良18例;GOS计分6～8分18例,预后良好12例,预后不良6例;GCS计分9～12分7例,预后良好5例,预后不良2例。结论:急性弥漫性脑肿胀的死亡率高,预后差,应积极综合治疗。
Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of posttraumatic acute diffuse brain swelling.Methods：Study the clinical data about 52 patients with posttraumatic acute diffuse brain swelling.Results：16 cases with posttraumatic acute diffuse brain swelling recovery entirely,11 cases recovery partly,they can care themselves,6 cases disable severely,3 cases coma all time,16 cases died.Conclusion：Condition of patients with posttraumatic acute diffuse brain swelling was severe,rate of death was high,recovery was bad,complex management is to be employed.
