摘要
在分析铸件的铸造工艺因素后,利用UG/WAVE技术,采用参数化驱动进行柴油机气缸体铸造模具的三维设计。在三维设计过程中,利用虚拟检查减少出错率;将三维实体模型转换成芯盒的二维CAD图纸,再进一步完善CAD设计。基于Ug/WAVE的模具设计,可大幅缩短设计周期,降低成本,增强企业竞争力。
The three dimensional design of diesel engine cylinder block casting mold was made by UG/ WAVE technology and parametrization drive after analysing casting process, and the error ratio was reduced by dummy back-check. The three dimensional solid model was transformed to two dimensional CAD drawing of core box, and the CAD design was perfected further. The mold design based on UG/ WAVE can shorten design cycle, reduce cost, and enhance the competitiveness of enterorise.
