小剂量星状神经节阻滞辅以中医药、穴位针灸综合治疗偏头痛的临床研究

Clinical research of low dose stellate ganglion block combined with traditional Chinese medicine and points acupuncture in the treatment of migraine

目的对小剂量星状神经节阻滞、联合中药桃红四物汤加减、穴位针灸综合治疗偏头痛的疗效进行研究。方法 150例偏头痛患者,单盲随机分为三组:第一组为对照组,进行西药治疗;第二组为治疗A组,进行单纯小剂量星状神经阻滞治疗;第三组为治疗B组,实施小剂量星状神经阻滞联合中药桃红四物汤加减、穴位针灸综合治疗。结果治疗A、B两组在控制疼痛、改善VAS评分均明显优于对照组,具有显著性意义。尤其是第三组治疗B组,在提高偏头痛治愈率,减少复发率,延长复发间期方面,较对照组有非常显著性差异,以及对患者伴随症状,如顽固性失眠、妇女痛经的改善方面较治疗A组也有明显的优势。结论小剂量星状神经阻滞、中药桃红四物汤、穴位针灸综合治疗偏头痛有效更安全,起中西医结合优势互补作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low dose stellate ganglion block combined with Taohong Siwu decoction and points acupuncture in the treatment of migraine. Methods 105 patients with migraine were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in group 1 which as control group were given western medicine; patients in group 2 were received low dose stellate ganglion block treatment; patients in group 3 were given combined therapy of low dose stellate ganglion block,Taohong Siwu decoction and points acupuncture. Results Group 2 and group 3 were obviously better in controlling pain and improving VAS score compared with control group,and the differences were significant. Furthermore,group 3 could significantly increase the cure rate of migraine,decrease the recurrence rate,prolong relapse interval compared with control group. Especially,when compared with group 2,group 3 also had advantages in improving simultaneous phenomenon of the patients,such as refractory insomnia,dysmenorrhea. Conclusion Combined therapy of low dose stellate ganglion block,Taohong Siwu decoction and points acupuncture is effective and safe in the treatment of migraine.
