1型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症7例临床分析并文献复习 被引量:1

摘要 为更好地了解甲腺功能亢进症(甲亢)合并1型糖尿病(T1DM)的临床表现、发病过程、治疗特点、转归情况,回顾分析了7例有完整病历记录的、伴发T1DM的甲亢患者的资料,发现由于两种疾病具有相同的非特异性的临床表现,易误漏诊,并且两者可以相互促进,因此有必要提高认识,减少误漏诊率,规范指导治疗。
