摘要
目的探讨提高患者自我效能的护理干预对维持性血液透析患者心理状态的影响。方法选择43例血液透析>3个月患者,对患者实施针对提高自我效能的护理干预,分别在研究开始时、研究6个月结束时采用4种精神科症状评定测量表评估患者的焦虑和抑郁症状。结果护理干预前后患者焦虑、抑郁得分经配对t检验,均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论提高患者自我效能的干预,能够有效改善维持性血液透析患者的心理状态。
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention by promoting self-efficiency on mental state of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods We applied nursing intervention by promoting self-efficiency to 43 patients who bad undergone hemodialysis for at least three months. Four kinds of mental symptom assessment scale was used to assess patients ＇ anxiety and depression state at baseline and after 6 months respectively. Results According to paired t-test, scores of anxiety and depression state were significantly improved after Nursing intervention（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention by promoting self-efficiency is capable of improving mental state of maintenance hemodialysis patients effectively.
