本文就跨河、拦河建筑物对河道防洪的影响及其成因进行了举例分析，并提出减轻灾害的具体对策。
The paper analyses with examples the impact and cause of building over river and across river to flood control of river channel. And it puts forward the specific countermeasures for reducing calamity.
