百草枯中毒患者预后早期判断指标的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的寻找判断急性口服百草枯(PQ)中毒患者预后的早期指标。方法应用SAS统计分析软件,通过多重logistic回归分析方法分析2008年1月~11月解放军307医院诊治的49例急性口服PQ中毒患者的7项指标(包括服毒量、服毒-洗胃时间、入院时血PQ浓度、尿PQ浓度、外周血白细胞总数、中性粒细胞百分比及动脉血碱剩余值)与预后(即存活情况)的相关性。结果服毒量、服毒-洗胃时间、入院时血PQ浓度及尿PQ浓度与预后有关,服毒量及尿PQ浓度与预后虽有一定关联,但变化较大,服毒-洗胃时间越长、入院时血PQ浓度越高预后越差,死亡率越高。结论服毒-洗胃时间及入院时PQ浓度可作为急性口服PQ中毒患者预后的判断指标。 Objective To define earlier indexes about Paraquat Poisoning Patients' prognosis. Methods Multi-logistic regression analysis was performed on 49 cases of acute oral Paraquat poisoning patients visited No 307 Hospital of PLA between January and November in 2008 to analyze the correlations between the seven indexes and the prognosis. The seven indexes included the amount of poisoning, time between poisoning and gastric lavage, blood Paraquat concentration, urine Paraquat concentration, the level of white blood cell, the percentage of neutrophile and buffer excess. Results The indexes including the amount of poisoning, time between poisoning and gastric lavage, blood Paraquat concentration and urine Paraquat concentration affected the prognosis. The longer the time between poisoning and gastric lavage and the higher concentration the blood Paraquat were, the higher the mortality was. Conclusion Time between poisoning and gastric lavage as well as blood Paraquat concentration can be used to assess the prognosis of patients poisoned by Paraquat.
