血栓性血小板减少性紫癜18例临床分析
摘要
血栓性血小板减少性紫癜（thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura，TTP）是一种罕见的微血管血栓一出血综合征，它以体内血小板聚集、显著的血小板减少及红细胞碎片为特征，多数TTP患者起病急骤，病情凶险，如不治疗，病死率高达90％。湖南长沙中南大学湘雅二医院2005年以来共收治18例，现将相关临床资料进行分析。
