睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与肥胖及吸烟的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨太原地区阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrom,OSAS)患者与肥胖和吸烟的关系。方法将山大一院呼吸科已诊断为阻塞性OSAS的100例患者进行分组:肥胖组患者和非肥胖组患者;吸烟组患者和非吸烟组患者。选取呼吸暂停低通气指数(Apnea hypopnea index,AHI)、体重指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、吸烟的烟龄、吸烟量的多少、平均血氧饱和度SaO2mean(%)等数据,进行统计学处理和相关分析。结果不论在任何睡眠期,肥胖组的AHI均高于非肥胖组患者,平均血氧饱和度则低于非肥胖组患者,其中BMI、WC(Waist circle腰围)、WHR(Waist hip ratio腰臀比)是影响分析结果的主要因素。而吸烟组的AHI均显著高于非吸烟组的患者,吸烟组患者的平均血氧饱和度则低于非吸烟组患者,吸烟量和烟龄是影响分析结果的主要因素。结论 OSAS的肥胖患者和吸烟组患者的睡眠呼吸障碍程度均比正常组严重。 Objective To investigate the Taiyuan area of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrom, OSAS)patients and the relationship between obesity and smoking. Methods Alexander had a hospital diagnosis of obstructive respiratory 100 OSAS patients to be grouped:obese patients and non-obese patients;smoking patients and non-smoking patients.And select the apnea hypopnea index (Apnea hypopnea index,AHI),body mass index (Body Mass Index,BMI),cigarette smoking age,the amount of smoking,the average oxygen saturation SaO2mean (%)and other data were analyzed statistically,and correlation analysis. Results In any sleep,obese patients with AHI and OHI were higher than non-obese patients,the average oxygen saturation of less than non-obese patients,including BMI,WC,WHR is the main factor affecting the results.The smoking group of patients with AHI and OHI were significantly higher than patients with non-smokers,smoking patients,the average oxygen saturation of less than non-smoking patients.Cigarette smoking and age are the main factors affecting the results. Conclusion OSAS in obese patients with obstructive and smoking group were sleep-disordered breathing than normal level of serious.
