摘要
目的探讨青年急性心肌梗死患者干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)在辅助型T淋巴细胞(Th细胞/CD4+细胞)中的比例、血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平及其临床意义。方法初发急性心肌梗死青年患者56例(A组),健康青年对照组30例(B组),流式细胞术(method of flow cytometry,FCM)检测CD4+IFN-γ+双阳性细胞比例,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清Lp-PLA2浓度。结果 A组患者CD4+IFN-γ+双阳性细胞比例及血清Lp-PLA2浓度均显著高于B组(P<0.01)。结论 IFN-γ在Th细胞中的比例及血清Lp-PLA2的浓度对青年急性心肌梗死的发生具有预示价值,从炎症及免疫途径为青年急性心肌梗死发病机制提供新思路。
Objective To explore the proportion of interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and the serum lipoprotein-assoeiated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) level in the T helper lymphocytes (Th cell/CD4^+cell)in young patients with acute myocardial infarction and clinical significance. Methods Group A included 56 cases of original onset of young acute myocardial infarction and Group B , 30 cases of healthy young controls. The flow cytometry was used to detect the CD4^+IFN-γ^+ double positive cell level and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect the serum Lp-PLA2 level. Results The CD4^+IFN-γ^+ double-positive cell level and the serum Lp-PLA2 level were significantly higher in Group A than those in Group B (P〈0.01). Conclusion The IFN-γ in the proportion of Th cells and the serum Lp-PLA2 level have the predictive value in the incidence of acute myocardial infarction in young people, which provides a new approach to the pathogenesis of acute myocardial infarction in young people in inflammation and immunity ways.
