阿德福韦酯联合复方虫草散剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

Adefovir Dipivoxil Combined with Cordyceps Sinensis Powder in Treatment of Mild to Moderate Chronic Hepatitis B: Clinical Observation

目的探讨阿德福韦酯联合复方虫草散剂治疗轻、中度慢性乙型肝炎在肝功能复常、改善症状及抗乙型肝炎病毒方面的作用。方法选择轻、中度慢性乙型肝炎病例102例,用阿德福韦酯联合复方虫草散剂进行治疗,并与单用阿德福韦酯治疗进行对比观察,疗程均为12个月,观察患者治疗前后肝功能、临床症状及乙肝病毒标志物的变化情况。结果在肝功能复常方面,治疗组优于对照组,尤其是近6个月疗效明显,统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.05);在临床症状改善方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);在HBeAg、HBV DNA阴转方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿德福韦酯联合复方虫草散剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎能明显改善症状、恢复肝功能,并能增强抗病毒作用且副反应小。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Adefovir Dipivoxil combined with Cordyceps sinensis powder in the treatment of mild to moderate chronic hepatitis B, including improving the liver function and symptoms and strengthening anti-hepatitis B virus function. Methods We selected 102 cases of mild to moderate chronic hepatitis B,and divided them randomly into two groups, treatment group that was given Adefovir Dipivoxil combined with Cordyceps sinensis powder and control group that was given Adefovir Dipivoxil. We observed 12 months and compared the improvement of the liver function and symptoms and strengthening anti-hepatitis B virus function between the two groups. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of the liver function and symptoms and anti-hepatitis B virus function （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adefovir Dipivoxil combined with Cordyceps sinensis powder can improve the symptoms, restore the liver functions obviously, and strengthen the anti-viral function, with less side reaction.
